Grand Ace is an American Warmblood buttermilk buckskin gelding foaled June 15th, 2018. His pedigree is an interesting three-way cross that combines outstanding bloodlines from his thoroughbred sire and quarter/arabian cross dam. He is also registered with the Buckskin Horse Registry.

His sire, Grand Capitol was un-raced due to injury, but his grand-sire Grand Slam sired nearly 800 winners with progeny earnings of over 64 million dollars. Aces’s pedigree on his sire’s side includes, among others, Raise a Native, Secretariat, Northern Dancer and Bold Ruler.

Ace’s dam, Echo Zip, is from a proven cross of performance champions. Her sire, Vanilla Zip has sired multiple regional and national champions in a broad range of half-arabian disciplines including western pleasure and hunter. His pedigree blends the well-known performance QH lines of Zippo Pine Bar and Skipper W.  Echo’s arabian dam side pedigree boasts the bloodlines of multiple national champion Magnum Psyche, and legendary sires Bey Shah, *Aladdinn, and *Bask.
